1. Education and Mentorship - To empower underprivileged young people, we conduct several workshops and trainings targeting youth populations:

• We undertake literacy, skills, and technological trainings for young High School students and College Graduates that will lead to jobs opportunities and entrepreneurship.  

• We organize info-sessions to connect individuals and groups to existing programs and services geared at empowerment.

• Our Peer Mentorship seek to identify and match high performing youth leaders with seasoned Professionals, who provide ongoing Coaching & Mentorship to the “Aghailas Foundation Leadership Corps.”
   

2. Leadership Training: To enhance organizational efficiency, leadership skills development…  

• We provide business and organizational development workshops and training to small to midsize organizations, including Human Resources strategies, conflict resolution, performance management, communications strategies, and Board of Directors development for charities.

• We strengthen local CBOs (Community-Based Organizations) through research and leadership training.

• We provide training to women groups in micro-enterprise activity to boaster income generation.

• We educate the public about the funding needs of organizations that provide services or advocacy for disadvantaged people.
   

3. Arts, Culture, & Sports activities are culturally ingrained and promoted within partner communities. These activities serve as the glue that holds youth engagement. They serve as springboards for mobilization, awareness, and promote conflict-resolution.

• The Foundation undertakes, in partnership with local arts groups and sports associations, art & talent shows and football/soccer tournaments.

• We also plan and implement other scholarly competitions to engage and challenge young people to think creatively.

4. Partnership & Organizational Development: To increase public awareness and measure impact of nonprofit activities, we conduct nonpartisan research and undertake other partnership activities to increase public awareness of nonprofit impact:

• Serve as a link and watchdog for community-based organizations in promoting transparency & accountability. 

• We promote the exchange of ideas and resources among partner organizations and communities. 

• Provide research and information to foundations and corporate giving programs about the needs of organizations that serve or advocate for disadvantaged people;

• Research the contribution patterns of foundations and corporate giving programs; to sponsor reports, meetings and workshops for nonprofits about how to obtain charitable contributions;

• Conduct research and education about funding of nonprofit organizations; sponsor other services to strengthen the stability of the nonprofit sector.
